As the founder and project manager of 4D Builders South, Jack Dillon brings over two decades of experience and proven leadership in the construction industry. With a track record of successfully completing more than $200 million in commercial projects throughout the region, including South Housing Village at Florida Gulf Coast University and High Point Place in downtown Fort Myers. Jack has built a reputation for delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. His hands-on approach and deep knowledge of every phase of construction allow him to guide projects from concept to completion with precision and care, Jack’s commitment to excellence, integrity, and collaboration ensures that each client receives not only a finished project but also a trusted partnership along the way.
Jonathon Dillon
Jonathon has a bachelors degree in science and is well versed in coordinating project schedules, and budgeting. As an Assistant Estimator/Project Manager, Jonathon monitors the project from start to completion ensuring that the client’s expectations are fulfilled. Jonathon assists with all project management functions including budgeting, project operations, scheduling, and resource management. Jonathon also provides guidance to the client throughout the duration of the construction process.
